This home is equipped with noise monitoring devices in outdoor areas. We do not record audio but do monitor decibel levels to ensure community guidelines are followed.
Maximum occupancy applies to all guests, including children. Exceeding the maximum occupancy will result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund.
